From The Government of Canada site: The Government has committed to have a new voting system put in place before the next federal election. These reforms will be aimed at better representing the views of Canadians and improving public trust in our political system.

Canadian Democracy in Action: Saturna Island town halls are successful when 10% of its residents attend. Last night many more came out, including from off-island, ~100 people packed the quaint, old community centre! Due to technical difficulties we had to abort live-streaming it to Elizabeth's Facebook page.  However, we recorded with other equipment and will be posting online asap
